When I first walked in 1yrs ago, I was mostly worried about two things — how bad it would look during treatment, and how long it would take. Dr. Shubham took the time to actually explain the treatment plan, showed me what the end result would look like, and gave me a realistic timeline instead of overpromising. That honesty set the tone for the whole journey.
The adjustment appointments were always on time, which I really appreciated — I never had to sit around for an hour past my slot. Whenever a wire poked or a bracket came loose, the team fit me in quickly instead of making me wait for the next scheduled visit. The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, and they remember you by name, which makes a difference when you're visiting every month for a couple of years.
The discomfort after tightening was real but manageable, and they were upfront about what to expect each time rather than brushing it off. They also gave clear instructions on cleaning, foods to avoid, and now on retainer care.
The result speaks for itself. My bite is corrected and my smile looks completely different from where it started. Genuinely worth every appointment.
