I am llittle disappointed with my experience at the clinic. My main concern is the lack of proper explanation regarding the treatment and payment process. I was asked to make an advance payment, but when I asked for clarification about the charges and payment structure, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation.
The overall experience gave me the impression that there was more focus on collecting payment than on clearly explaining the treatment, costs, and different stages involved. For a dental implant procedure, patients should be given transparent information about the treatment plan, cost breakup, payment schedule, and what exactly the advance payment covers.
I believe good dental care should include not only proper treatment but also clear communication and transparency with the patient. I hope the clinic improves in this area.
