Thanks to Dr. Shrishti, I discovered that I had developed painful gingivitis near my first premolar crown due to calculus build-up inside the crown (originally placed in 2005). She promptly addressed the issue, and now I have a brand-new Zirconia crown with a 5-year warranty in its place.
